Treatments

The initial intake will involve taking a thorough health history, asking questions about how your body is currently functioning. We will ask about sleep, energy, digestive functions, pain presentation and many other questions to help determine an treatment plan for the session. This will take approximately an additional half hour, followed by the treatment which will be about an hour depending on what your current needs are. 

Acupuncture Treatments last about an hour and focus on balancing the body to help it function ideally. Needles will be inserted into specific areas of the body to help alleviate pain and promote healing for the body. 

We have over 18 years of massage therapy experience. Specializing in therapeutic styles of massage including lymphatic work, trauma and the body, with certifications in orthopedic and sports, medical massage techniques and prenatal and postpartum massage.
