
My Story
Stephanie has spent her professional career helping people feel better in their bodies. She graduated from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester, MA in 2006. She then pursued more advanced massage education, attending Boulder College of Massage Therapy. Stephanie received her Associate’s Degree in Occupational Studies for massage therapy in 2008. Her massage studies specialized in orthopedic and sports, prenatal, labor and postpartum techniques, medical massage and trauma in the body. She has had a highly successful massage career for almost two decades.
Having the desire to continue learning how to help heal bodies in a more profound way, Stephanie attended New England School of Acupuncture (NESA) achieving her Master’s degree in Acupuncture in 2023. She is nationally board certified for Traditional Chinese and Japanese acupuncture styles. She also has training in cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, kinesiotaping and non-insertive techniques to support your health goals. Stephanie is also currently employed as adjunct faculty at NESA teaching integrated anatomy, point location, and Japanese style acupuncture.
With almost two decades spent learning how the body works, Stephanie has many different tools to help patients find ease and balance in their bodies. Understanding the mind-body connection helps her see how pain and disharmony affect the body. Stephanie often says, “Bodies want to organize towards health, we just have to give them the tools to help”. She has many different techniques and approaches to health.
